Overview:

$15/ hourly

The UPS Clerk is responsible for preparing, processing, and coordinating all outbound shipments through UPS and other carriers. This position ensures accurate order fulfillment, correct labeling, timely shipping, and proper documentation to maintain efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process all UPS shipments, including labeling, packaging, and documentation.
  • Verify outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity, content, and destination.
  • Operate UPS shipping software and maintain accurate shipping logs and records.
  • Coordinate daily pickups and communicate with UPS representatives when necessary.
  • Maintain shipping supplies inventory and notify management of reorder needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company and carrier shipping policies and safety standards.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties as needed.
  • Handle returns, damaged goods, and shipping discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service by supporting order fulfillment teams.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
