Job Summary

The BPO Support Associate – Scan Room is responsible for processing VA appraisal orders in accordance with company policies and customer requirements. This role supports document intake, preparation, scanning, and shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate workflow execution.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive packages via UPS and FedEx; open packages and create barcode pages for each file.
  • Sort and remove recordable documents from lender packages in preparation for recordation.
  • Ship completed lender documents nightly via UPS and FedEx.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with department members to ensure documents are processed accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Meet or exceed established production standards, performance metrics, and service-level agreements (SLAs) set by management.


Additional Duties

  • Provide backup support to various department functions as needed to ensure continuity of workflow.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Education and Experience

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.


Preferred:

  • One (1) year of related experience.

  • Strong organizational skills.
