• Manage telephone communications
• Distribute and process inbound/outbound mail
• Organize and order supplies and files
• Request and process shipments with UPS/Fedex
- Open Sales Job Files, enter into time management program, basic job file management
- Filing of Purchase orders
- Filing of completed job specific paperwork into the files
- Keep track and assist with Company licensing
- Assist in other administrative duties or special projects, when time permits
