The Ups Store is currently seeking a positive, highly motivated self starting store manager with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations while representing The Brand (The Ups Store ), opening and closing the center, managing the productivity and world-class customer service that your team delivers, monitoring cost control and expenses, providing weekly/monthly reports to the franchise owner.

Requires outgoing personality, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage a team for peak performance in a retail-service environment. Other skills required are strong organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, some accounting knowledge, good computer skills with knowledge of Internet applications, Microsoft Word and Excel; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.

Physical requirements include the ability to stand for several hours at a time and ability to lift 50-75+ lbs.
