UPM Adhesive Materials is looking for a Coating Operator for our team in Mills River, North Carolina.

What you will do

  • Operate coating equipment safely to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications

  • Work across production areas and build skills through cross-training

  • Monitor product quality and communicate safety or process concerns promptly

  • Support continuous improvement and effective shift handovers

  • Safelymove materials and operate forkliftsand reel movers as needed

Working schedule: Full-time position working 12-hour rotating shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays asrequired.
