Pacific Life has a fantastic opportunity for career development with excellent promotional opportunities. We are seeking talented Financial Customer Service Representatives to join our teams in the Consumer Markets Division in our Omaha, NE offices.
At Pacific Life, Financial Customer Service Representatives are a trusted guide for policyholders and contract owners during meaningful financial moments. When customers call, they're often making decisions about protecting their families, planning for retirement, or navigating a life event. Your work helps ensure they get accurate information, timely support, and a smooth experience when it matters most.
Financial Services Representatives are central to our Consumer Markets business. Every call is a chance to represent Pacific Life and help customers move forward with confidence.
This is a high-volume phone role, handling approximately 40-60 inbound calls per day from policyholders, contract owners, and financial professionals. Pacific Life provides paid training, dedicated study time, and support to earn required FINRA licenses - Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) plus Series 6 - within 8 weeks of hire. Many employees begin their careers in this role and grow into advanced service, operations, or leadership positions across the organization.
Upcoming start dates
  • Unlicensed candidates: Tuesday, June 30th
  • Licensed candidates: Tuesday, August 25th

Work Schedule
  • Unlicensed candidates: first 8 weeks in office (Monday-Friday) during licensing training
  • After licensing: hybrid schedule with one in-office day per week
  • Licensed candidates: begin on the hybrid schedule immediately

What You'll Do
  • Handle 50-60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals
  • Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details
  • Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism
  • Process requests and document interactions in internal systems
  • Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

What You Bring
Required

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar)

  • Comfort using multiple computer systems
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in financial services or insurance
  • FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6, or Series 7)

The recruiting process:

Compensation:
  • Starting hourly rate will be based on your experience and location
  • Omaha, NE range is between $26 - $28 per hour plus an annual bonus.
