This role offers a flexible and adaptive work setting, allowing qualified candidates to work remotely while engaging closely with clients. Our outpatient model ensures that therapists have a manageable caseload that ramps up quickly and stably, providing a balanced work-life dynamic. Full-time positions entail a Monday-to-Friday schedule, while part-time roles can be tailored from Monday to Saturday based on team needs and personal availability, ensuring you have no weekend commitments.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapeutic plans for clients, addressing their unique mental health challenges.
• Utilize a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Deliver therapeutic sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach based on the client’s needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software.
• Participate in continuing education workshops and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in mental health care.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• At least two years of experience in counseling, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in clinical environments.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.
• Proven ability to foster rapport and build trust with a diverse range of clients.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in working collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and an aptitude for using related technologies.

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care are highly desirable.
• Experience with teletherapy and the use of digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience, alongside additional bonuses.
