Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapeutic plans for clients, addressing their unique mental health challenges.
  • Utilize a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Deliver therapeutic sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach based on the clientโ€™s needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software.
