• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including but not limited to psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients that encompass their specific mental health needs and cultural contexts.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and SFBT in various settings (individual, group, couple, and family therapy).
• Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity and comprehensive support for patients in acute distress.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment progress notes and discharge summaries, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, helping them gain skills and knowledge to effectively manage their mental health.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain the confidentiality of all patient information.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
• Active credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• Ability to build rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

• Prior experience in a detox center or addiction treatment facility is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
