Unity Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality mental health support to individuals in a detox center setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments to understand the needs and challenges faced by each patient.
• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans with clients, ensuring that their cultural backgrounds and personal goals are prioritized.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various formats (individual, couple, family, and group sessions).
• Provide crisis intervention services and effectively collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous care for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation including clinical assessments, treatment progress notes, and discharge plans, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Empower clients and their families by providing psychoeducation, enhancing their understanding and management of mental health challenges.
• Participate actively in a multidisciplinary team with professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make data-informed adjustments to enhance patient outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health to continually improve clinical services.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of all client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population at our detox center, including individuals who are navigating substance use challenges and other mental health conditions. The focus on trauma-informed care allows you to create meaningful connections with clients, fostering an environment where they feel understood and supported as they work towards recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven ability to function both independently and within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a detox or substance use treatment setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles.
• Expertise in using various therapeutic modalities and techniques tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Unity Care Services offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 - 100,000, commensurate with experience and geographical location. In addition to a supportive work environment, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
