Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, facilitating well-informed treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions aimed at fostering well-being for each client.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client care.
• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to maintain client safety and stability.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, reflecting clients’ progress and treatment interventions.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to expand clients' support networks and promote community engagement.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills; you must be able to establish meaningful connections with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with treatment of trauma and co-occurring disorders, allowing for comprehensive intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.
