Allina Health is seeking a Hospital-Based Clinic (HBC) Psychiatrist to join our team at Unity Campus in Fridley, Minnesota. This opportunity offers a highly flexible practice model for psychiatrists who value meaningful clinical work, schedule predictability, and choice in how they practice.
For a 1.0 FTE, this role offers 32-36 contact hours and the ability to tailor your work environment to your preference - work from home up to three days per week or choose to be on site full time. Unity Campus is part of Mercy Hospital - Unity Campus in Fridley, where Allina Health provides a wide range of inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and specialty services, including mental health and addiction care. At Unity, the Center for Integrated Mental Health and Addiction Care brings together outpatient services and intensive day programs in a specialized behavioral health setting.

  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
  • BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
  • Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)

Pay Range

Pay Range: $340,025 to $351,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
