Allina Health is seeking a Hospital-Based Clinic (HBC) Psychiatrist to join our team at Unity Campus in Fridley, Minnesota. This opportunity offers a highly flexible practice model for psychiatrists who value meaningful clinical work, schedule predictability, and choice in how they practice.
For a 1.0 FTE, this role offers 3236 contact hours and the ability to tailor your work environment to your preference work from home up to three days per week or choose to be on site full time. Hospital call is minimal, providing additional flexibility for physicians seeking greater balance and control over their schedule.

At Unity, the Center for Integrated Mental Health and Addiction Care brings together outpatient services and intensive day programs in a specialized behavioral health setting.

Principal Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in a hospital-based clinic setting
• Deliver medication management and ongoing psychiatric care for adult patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health professionals across the continuum of care
• Support high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric treatment planning and follow-up
• Participate in a flexible hybrid work model, including remote work opportunities based on physician preference

Job Requirements

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
• BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable

Pay Range

Pay Range: $340,025 to $351,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
