Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for a contract-to-hire position with a Financial Services Organization located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Compensation: $95.00 - $96.00 per hour, W2, based on experience and qualifications
Position Overview:

This is a senior-level engineering role focused on building an internal AI toolkit for engineers. The goal is to create a unified playbook and set of tools to help internal software engineers build more efficiently. This position is focused on engineering productivity and enabling developers to use AI-supported tools in their day-to-day work.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Build an internal AI toolkit for engineers
  • Create a unified playbook and set of tools that help internal software engineers build more efficiently
  • Enable engineers to use AI-supported tools in their day-to-day development
  • Define and build tools where the scope may still be evolving
  • Work with internal engineering teams and understand developer pain points
