We are currently seeking a qualified RN Unit Manager to join our team, working on the acute and long term care unit.

The ideal candidate is someone with the qualifications that can lead the team of Nurses and CNA's in providing excellent resident care.

RN Unit Manager Qualifications:

  • Current registered nurse license preferrably issued by the state of Delaware.
  • Demonstrated competence in leadership, effective communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to perform functions as itemized in physical and environmental requirements of the job.
  • Take appropriate action to assure adequate staffing to provide resident care.
  • Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action.
  • Implement facility procedures to provide resident care.
  • Familiarity with Federal, State, and local long term care requirements.
