Job Title: Integrated Marketing Director
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Health Union powers the first and largest community-based activation and data platform, transforming healthcare by providing unparalleled support, information, and validation for millions navigating complex health conditions and their care teams. With over 125+ condition-specific online communities and 15 years of community leadership, Health Union's authentic engagements fuel the company's robust suite of endemic media, influencer marketing, market research, and data solutions, driving proven outcomes for patients, HCPs, and brands.
Position Overview:
Health Union is seeking an Integrated Marketing Director to join our growing team. Working in tandem with the VP, Integrated Marketing, this role will directly impact company success through the creation of strategic advertising proposals, compelling sales collateral, and meaningful B2B messaging that communicates the value of our company, products, and programs.
The Integrated Marketing Director will work closely with colleagues in sales, product, account support, community, creative, and operations on product commercialization, Go-To-Market strategy, and RFP responses for our pharma digital advertising partners. To elevate our sales materials, proposals, and B2B messaging to showcase how our solutions drive improved outcomes for both patients and brand partners, the Director will be accountable for empowering sales excellence by creating and maintaining collateral such as presentations, strategy pitch decks, content strategies, sell sheets, case studies, sizzle videos, and more. Additionally, the Director will contribute to Health Union's corporate B2B strategy, including social, email, thought leadership, paid promotion, website, conference support, and more - keeping our brand, performance, thought leadership, and products top of mind among current and potential clients.
What You Do:
Sales Strategy/Enablement and Product Marketing
  • Serve as the Integrated Marketing lead on key Pharma accounts, driving strategic direction and PowerPoint presentations for RFP responses, pitch decks, meeting presentations, and proposals across Health Union's DTC, HCP, programmatic, and insights business units
  • Understand advertisers' business goals and pair them with the most effective Health Union product solutions and content, telling a compelling, visual, and customized story that showcases performance
  • Lead pre-sale brainstorming sessions and efficiently respond to a high volume of RFPs and proactive requests while maintaining a high level of quality and customization
  • Partner with the Integrated Marketing team to create sales collateral, presentation materials, and templates - including case studies, success stories, sell sheets, and sizzle videos - that showcase Health Union's value, data leadership, and product success
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to sales and account service teams for materials, presentation decks, communication tools, and company insights that help advance client relationships. Keep abreast of marketplace trends, audience insights, and industry guidelines to help inform proposal creation and to help support our brand story
  • Support the development of sales messaging, materials, and training for new product launches and Go to Market - coordinating workflow with UX, Product, and Sales teams
B2B Marketing
  • Help lead Health Union's B2B marketing strategy and vision, including the marketing calendar, execution, and measuring impact to establish Health Union as the definitive leader in online health communities.
  • Drive Health Union's corporate B2B thought leadership strategy across multiple channels, with a focus on content creation and publishing on Health-Union.com, LinkedIn, email, content partnerships, webinars and conference content, and growing our reputation among key pharma and agency marketers
  • Lead Health Union's corporate B2B email marketing efforts (ActiveCampaign), including email creation, list management, and reporting
  • Lead Health Union's conference planning, strategy, and execution, including vendor relationships, budget management, and collateral.
  • Support additional B2B communication channels, including Health-Union.com ownership, press release management, and budget management
  • Support paid promotional strategy and execution in partnership with IM leads, including vendor relationships and creative consultation
  • Support Insights marketing and other B2B initiatives as needed
  • Manage the workflow of projects as assigned, proactively soliciting input and feedback to improve outcomes

What You Bring
  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing and sales support, with increasing levels of responsibility (level of role will reflect experience)
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with a passion for creativity, simplicity, and strong branding
  • Working familiarity with multiple digital channels and their applicability against client KPIs; understanding of advertising strategy and the ability to create powerful PowerPoint proposals
  • Foundational understanding of digital media, digital data solutions, pharmaceutical marketing, and healthcare is strongly preferred
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and Google Slides
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in your work product
  • Highly organized, with proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and purpose; able to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
