To thrive as a Union Logistics professional, you need expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and transportation coordination, typically supported by relevant logistics or business education and experience. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and safety compliance certifications is often required. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for coordinating between teams and union members. What are union logistics?
