What You'll Be Doing

 Partnering closely with Mortgage Loan Originators to help members move through the mortgage process smoothly and efficiently

 Gathering, reviewing, and verifying loan documentation for accuracy and completeness

 Communicating with members, realtors, title companies, builders, and vendors throughout the loan journey

 Ordering and reviewing appraisals, title work, flood certificates, and other required documents

 Identifying and resolving issues early to help keep loans on track and closings on time

 Preparing loans for closing, disbursing funds, and ensuring proper filing and archiving of documents

 Managing pipeline updates and maintaining organized, accurate loan records

 Providing exceptional member service while identifying opportunities to support additional member needs


What We're Looking For

 1-3 years of related experience in mortgage processing, lending, or financial services

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

 Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

 Comfortable using computer systems, email, and learning new software platforms

 Someone who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork
