Job description

Creative Dining Services is hiring a Full Time Dish Room PM Supervisor

Join our Creative team at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa

The Dish Room Supervisor oversees the employees and operations of the dish room. This is a working supervisor position. The Dish Room Supervisor works as a partner with Dining Services, maintaining and sanitizing the kitchen work areas. Additionally, the Dish Room Supervisor will maintain restaurant equipment, utensils, dinnerware, and floors in a clean and orderly condition.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils and equipment to approved sanitation standards.
  • Returns clean items back to their proper location.
  • Sweeps, mops and performs general cleaning.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred but not required.
  • You are a team player and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are detailed oriented.
