We areseekinganProduct Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of AIsolutions - fromidentifyingopportunities to deployment and ongoing management. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical fluency in AI technologies who can work across business and technical teams to deliver impactful, compliant, and scalable AI solutions. You will also drive AI adoption and culture, ensuring responsible and ethical use of AI acrossMedcan.

What You'll Do

  • Ownend-to-enddelivery of AI products from intake through production and optimization, as well as Medcan's AI Product strategy and roadmap.Define and monitor KPIs, model performance, adoption, and outcomes
  • Lead delivery across data science, engineering, operations, and vendorsand support model development, integration, and deployment into production systems
  • Manage product backlog, priorities, timelines,communicationand dependencies.Identifyimprovement opportunities and drive continuous enhancements
  • Translate business needs into AI use cases, technical requirements, and success metrics.
  • Manage the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle: ideation, prototyping, vendor evaluation, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards (PIPEDA, PHIPA) throughout the AI lifecycle.
  • Drive AI adoption, change managementandresponsible and ethical practices across the organization, including training and communication.
  • Stay current with Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks; assess and implement emerging technologies where relevant

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related field
  • Experience leading delivery of AI, data, or digital products
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
  • Minimum 4 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI products
  • Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic AI architectures
  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales and Marketing cloud
  • Familiarity with Azure AI services, AI Foundry, and Azure data architecture
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


This is a full-time hybrid position (2 days in office) working 40 hours per week based on business needs between regular office hours Monday - Friday (9 AM - 5.30 PM). Our downtown Toronto location is conveniently located at 150 York St., which is near St. Andrew station or a 10-minute walk from Union Station!

Position Pay Range

$95,336.00 - $131,087.00 CAD annually

Pay will be determined based on an analysis of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications within the role's compensation grade. Medcan's compensation ranges are determined by a combination of required qualifications and skills, market value, and internal equity. The above range pertains solely to the base compensation and is not inclusive of additional compensation details such as perks, benefits, and potential bonuses or incentives.
