Call Center Representative

HRCCU is seeing a call center representative to serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service through inbound and outbound phone communications, email, and other digital channels.

The ideal candidate is member-focused, solution-oriented, and committed to providing a positive experience with every interaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to members through multiple communication channels.

Build positive relationships with members by understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions.

Resolve member inquiries accurately and efficiently.

Assist members with account inquiries, balances, transaction history, and account maintenance requests.

Process account transfers, stop payments, address changes, debit card requests, and other member service transactions.

Assist members with online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, remote deposit capture, and other digital services.

Troubleshoot access issues and provide guidance on digital banking features.

Identify member needs through effective questioning and active listening.

Educate members on Credit Union products and services.

Qualifications:

Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience. Financial institution, credit union, banking, retail, or contact center experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Employment Details:

  • Payrate: $20.00-$25.00, based on candidates experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills relevant to the position.
