Are you a dedicated health professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Unify Health Services is seeking passionate Industrial Health Clinicians to support workplace wellness and injury prevention initiatives.

Position Details:

  • Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
  • Schedule: PRN coverage (as needed), Monday through Friday
  • Shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts

Unify Health Services is a national, women-owned organization specializing in workers' compensation and disability services. We focus on workplace wellness, from injury prevention to post-injury rehabilitation, partnering with businesses to promote health and safety.

Who Weโ€™re Looking For:

We welcome licensed Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants who are:

  • Committed to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness
  • Experienced in ergonomic assessments and early intervention strategies
  • Passionate about creating safe and healthy work environments

Your Role:

As an Industrial Health Clinician, you will:

  • Deliver body mechanics training and job coaching
  • Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments
  • Lead work simulation and wellness programs
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement onsite injury prevention programs
  • Engage employees in proactive wellness initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management
  • Track and report program outcomes to measure effectiveness

Physical Demands & Dress Code:

  • Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
  • Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE required
