Uniform Specialist

Do you have a knack for hotel and/or retail inventory management and a passion for making things run smoothly? If so, we've got an exciting opportunity for you! In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind ordering and maintaining an extensive inventory to keep us operating seamlessly (no pun intended). Experience in procuring, ordering, inventory management and control is helpful, as this position manages one of the largest costs for the company and fiscal responsibility is a key to our success in this area.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order, receive, distribute, and maintain company uniforms
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
  • Track uniform issuance, returns, replacements, and employee deductions when applicable
  • Coordinate uniform fittings for new hires
  • Perform minor uniform alterations such as hemming pants (or coordinate alterations)
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and operational equipment
  • Work closely with Human Resources and Operations to support onboarding and staffing needs
  • Ensure inventory records remain accurate and organized
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and reduce unnecessary costs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding uniforms and equipment
  • Assist with administrative and HR projects as business needs require

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of office administrative experience preferably in a customer service environment

Inventory management experience preferred

Experience using a sewing machine or performing basic clothing alterations is a plus, but not required
