  • The Uniform Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Uniforms & Sewing Department, supporting daily execution across Mammoth Mountain and June Mountain.
  • This role ensures uniform systems run efficiently, inventory remains accurate, employees are properly outfitted, and production needs are executed with precision.
  • This position requires strong operational instincts, technical capability, and the ability to manage high-volume seasonal workflows with accuracy and professionalism.
  • The Uniforms Department supports thousands of employees across two mountains. This position ensures operational accuracy, professional presentation standards, and high-quality production supporting the people who move the mountain.

Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Uniform Operations: Coordinate daily uniform issuing and returns; maintain accurate tracking records; support seasonal onboarding and end-of-season reconciliation.
  • Inventory & Systems: Maintain organized storage and accurate inventory tracking; utilize Excel for reporting, reclass processes, and annual counts (by style); monitor stock levels; partner with management to identify inventory gaps and needs
  • Name Tag & Production Operations: Operate BossLaser equipment to produce employee name tags and custom department requests; utilize LightBurn software to design and execute production files; manage formatting standards and material inventory.
  • Garment Maintenance & Quality Control: Oversee laundering workflow; inspect returns for damage; coordinate repairs with Sewing operations.
  • Administrative & Cross-Department Support: Serve as a secondary point of contact for department leads; maintain documentation and production records; support process improvements.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in operations, logistics, inventory control, retail, or production coordination
  • Experience with design or production software (LightBurn or similar) preferred
  • Strong Excel proficiency and comfort working in tracking systems
  • Comfortable operating production equipment (laser engraving preferred)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and professional employee-facing presence while working with large groups
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • Ability to lift up to ~30lbs
  • Flexible, solution-based thinker to solve fulfillment issues in the moment

Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $21.25
