Job description

Who are we hiring?

The Uniform Attendant will be responsible for distributing uniforms to the Sphere employees.This position will be responsible for receiving uniforms from the cleaners, scanning the garments into inventory, and putting all items away in a well-organized fashion.

What will you do?

  • Distribute uniforms and related apparel to employees.
  • Receive, scan, and inventory all daily garment deliveries, including cleaned garments and new inventory.
  • Utilize the uniform inventory management system to assign garments, update employee profiles, install employee name labels, and generate inventory reports.
  • Add, modify, and remove employee profiles within the uniform management system as directed.
  • Assist with fitting new employees for tailored uniform garments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Uniform Distribution Room, inventory storage areas, and locker room.
  • Issue daily locker keys to employees and maintain accurate records of all key assignments.
  • Monitor and reconcile locker key inventory, following up with employees regarding outstanding or missing keys.
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts, stocking, and organization of uniform inventory.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.  

What do you need to succeed?

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Pellet Jack experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high energy type environment.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a personality suited for customer service and positive co-worker relationships.

Special Requirements

  • Must be able stand for the duration of the shift. 
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 6:30am-8pm, Monday-Sunday, including holidays and mandatory events.
