Responsibilities and Career Competencies:

  1. Set up rehearsal spaces: Arrange chairs, music stands, and staging according to specific ensemble seating charts. - TW, CT, P
  2. Deploy large-scale equipment: Position heavy percussion instruments, amplifiers, conductor podiums, and other equipment prior to rehearsals. - TW, P, CT
  3. Conduct post-rehearsal resets: Clear rehearsal spaces and return instruments, stands, and equipment to designated storage areas. - TW, P
  4. Manage uniform inventory: Track, organize, and assign marching uniforms, secondary uniforms, shoes, hats, and clovers to students. - T, P, CT
  5. Coordinate uniform distribution: Assist with fittings, distribution, collection, and documentation of apparel during the Marching Band season. - C, TW, P, T
  6. Inspect gear and attire: Check returned instruments, equipment, and uniforms for damage, stains, missing components, or other issues. - CT, P, CSD
  7. Coordinate uniform cleaning: Prepare uniforms for dry cleaning and organize and properly store uniforms upon their return. - P, CT
