Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop men’s & boys underwear collections that align with the brand’s vision, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Create detailed sketches, color stories, and mood boards for seasonal collections.
  • Must be able to create prints in repeat.
  • Create design packs for sampling & production.
  • Collaborate with design director & sales team to ensure cohesive product execution.
  • Create line sheets, buy cads, buy sheets & WIP charts for all brands per season.
  • Analyze strike offs, lab dips, waistbands & PP submissions.
  • Clear communication with factories overseas.
  • Send submission comments in a timely manner.
  • Occasionally help organize/prepare showroom.
  • Research emerging trends, fabrics, and technologies in men’s apparel market.
  • Manage the design process from concept to production-ready samples.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in men’s underwear or intimate apparel design.
  • Experience in designing men's & boys' underwear.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction & print making.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Acrobat, Outlook and PLM software.
  • Extreme eye for color matching & design detail.
  • Must be well organized with digital files & physical samples.
  • Ability to balance creativity with project execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to handle high volume of design development & submissions.
  • Must be able to come into office 4 days a week

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 (Annual)
