Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Sales Associate to join our Miami team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining sales skills with technical understanding to provide tailored solutions to customers in industrial sectors such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, and energy.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hoists, winches, cranes, and lifting solutions
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Support customers with product selection and basic technical guidance
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery
  • Track sales activities and update CRM system regularly
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales (industrial, technical, or B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and specifications
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
