Job Summary


Ultra Corpotech Inc. is seeking motivated Assembly Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to safety and production guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble components according to work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assigned tasks.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Report any defects, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to the supervisor .Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings.
  • Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
