Job description

Job Title: Payroll Coordinator
Reports To: Payroll Operations Manager
Location: CTDI Headquarters, 1373 Enterprise Dr., West Chester, PA 19380
Work Type: Onsite only (remote work not approved), this role requires physical presence onsite
 
Work Environment - This position is located within the Human Resources department, supporting Payroll, Employment, Employee Relations, Benefits and Safety. The role operates in an open, high-energy environment with frequent phone and in-person interactions with employees. A high level of flexibility, adaptability, and strict confidentiality is required.
 
Experience Required - Minimum 2+ years of payroll processing experience
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and enter automated timekeeping data into HRMS and payroll systems for weekly payroll processing
  • Run weekly payroll cycles
  • Process monthly supplemental payrolls for incentive payments
  • Prepare and process manual checks
  • Maintain employee deductions, direct deposits, and garnishment records
  • Enter and update new hire information in payroll systems
  • Partner with various levels of management to collect data for payroll and HRMS adjustments
  • File, process and enter payroll change notices
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Prior payroll experience using automated timekeeping systems (e.g., WFM) and HRMS platforms such as UltiPro
  • Working knowledge of state and local tax deductions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong mathematical aptitude
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently
