The Position:

Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by cleaning designated areas of the RV Resort and Rest Stop area. Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Cleans and sanitizes sinks, toilets, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, showers and windows in assigned areas routinely.
  • Sweeps, vacuums, dusts, spot cleans, polishes in assigned areas. 
  • Strips, waxes and buffs floors in assigned areas as necessary.
  • Empties trash cans in assigned areas at regular intervals.
  • Stocks and replenishes soap, paper towels and other items.
  • Deep cleans areas as assigned.
  • Provide guest service by answering questions and explaining layout and amenities to guests.

Requirements

  • 1 year of prior custodial experience
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
  • Capable of working alone to complete assigned tasks.
  • Proven success handling multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Valid and current Oregon Drivers License required with the ability to qualify for the UIDC's Drivers Program.
