Minimum Qualifications
Position Summary
Customer service duties including assisting patron over the phone and in-person with performance questions, as well as ticket sales, exchanges, and donations. Gives tours of the facilities and provides patrons with directions to the building.
Additional responsibilities: sells merchandise during some PAC-sponsored events (inventory, sales, and balancing merchandise bank); sorts and distributes incoming mail and preps outgoing mail for pick up; prepares and files forms as directed by Box Office Manager; maintains brochure display in lobby.
- Prior customer service and cash handling
- Proper phone etiquette
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional appearance
- Interest in the arts and music is preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
