UCT is looking for a talented Driver I to join us in Hillsboro, OR!

 The Driver I is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading products and supplies while ensuring packaging accuracy and compliance with company standards. This role supports production and delivery operations by performing manual packaging tasks, conducting basic quality checks, and operating delivery vehicles and material handling equipment. The Driver I contributes to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through reliable and timely execution of assigned duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Package materials, supplies, and products to meet production and customer requirements.
  • Ensure packaging complies with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Secure loads using appropriate packing methods to ensure safe transport.
  • Operate manual loading devices and equipment to support packaging and delivery activities.
  • Load, deliver, and unload products and materials using company vehicles, including up to 32’ flatbed trucks.
  • Perform basic quality control checks such as measuring, weighing, strength testing, and visual inspection of packaging and product appearance.
  • Fold, tape, label, and stack boxes on pallets according to operational guidelines.
  • Adhere to all state driving regulations and company safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production and logistics operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in a hands-on production or logistics environment preferred.

Educational/Certification Requirement:
