Job description

Student Health Physician

The Student Health Services Physician provides comprehensive, outpatient primary care services exclusively to University of California, Riverside (UCR) students. The Physician delivers evidence-based medical care that integrates prevention, health education, reproductive health, gender-affirming care, and holistic health principles to support student well-being and academic success. The incumbent will lead the clinical implementation of SB24 mandates and requires provision of Medication Abortion (Med AB) services and gender-affirming healthcare consistent with California law, professional standards of practice, and Student Health Services policies.

Candidates may also be required to conduct a presentation as part of the interview process. The full salary range for the Student Health Physician is $152,157 - $390,471 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $275,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
