Commercial Cleaning Associate

What You'll Do
  • Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned facilities

  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas

  • Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners

  • Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and other essentials

  • Sanitize high-touch surfaces to maintain a clean and healthy environment

  • Respond promptly to spills and other unexpected cleaning needs

  • Follow all company safety procedures and client security protocols

  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients

  • Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently while meeting Clean Team's quality standards

  • Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management

What We're Looking For
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift

  • Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training for the right candidates.
