Title :Test Governance Analyst with Healthcare -UAT
Location: Rancho Cucamonga,CA(Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
  • Define and enforce UAT quality standards, conduct governance checks, and perform UAT audits to ensure delivery compliance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, QA, and vendors to align on test strategy, scope, and timelines.
  • Participate in test intake, planning, and estimation; contribute to UAT test strategy, test plan, and kickoff activities.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain UAT test scripts and results in Azure DevOps, ensuring test data readiness and environment setup.
  • Manage defects — track, verify, and report issues during UAT execution.
  • Support functional testing as needed and coordinate end-to-end test coverage across business teams.
  • Create and monitor UAT metrics and dashboards, ensuring visibility via visual management tools.
  • Prepare audit documentation and provide training/guidance to analysts and business users on UAT processes and tools
Required Skills:
  • Hands on experience in IT Quality Assurance
  • Prior experience in utilizing Test Management Tools
  • Prior Experience in coordinating UAT testing with business teams
  • Experience successfully managing business relationships with stakeholders required
  • Experience Health Plan Operations and Government Programs preferred
  • Experience in healthcare is desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Health Care, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Accounting or related field from an accredited institution required
