Job Summary
We are seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA Plan-to-Report (P2R) Business Readiness Leads/Consultants to support a large-scale ERP transformation program. This role is responsible for driving business readiness activities across SAP module launches, ensuring successful adoption, testing, training, cutover execution, and go-live stabilization.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Record-to-Report (R2R/P2R) processes, combined with strong business-facing consulting skills. The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, testing teams, and program leadership to ensure operational readiness and successful deployment of new SAP capabilities.

Prepare and maintain readiness reports, test evidence, issue logs, cutover documentation, and launch approval artifacts.
Support go-live events and post-launch stabilization activities to ensure a smooth transition to production operations.
Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to validate business processes and ensure readiness for deployment.
Provide leadership and guidance throughout system integration testing (SIT), UAT, dress rehearsals, cutover, and hypercare periods.
Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and financial business processes.
Strong understanding of Plan-to-Report and Record-to-Report processes.
Experience supporting enterprise ERP transformations and multiple SAP go-live events.
Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
Experience leading UAT, training, change management, and cutover activities.
