Job description

Security Clearance Requirements

DoD Secret clearance – active and existing clearance required on Day1. U.S. citizenship is required.

Location

AbuDhabi, UAE (short‑term assignment).

Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated support to UAE Intermediate Maintenance Contact Teams at the Central Maintenance Facility.
  • Assist with testing, check‑out, repair, and maintenance of all Patriot Major End Items when issues exceed unit maintenance capabilities.
  • Support the Patriot system Float Major End Items at the CMF/Depot.
  • Isolate hardware and software problems and perform fault isolation/diagnostic procedures.
  • Deliver on‑the‑job and informal training to UAE CMF Maintenance Technicians.
  • Isolate complex electronic problems between hardware, software and Battery Replaceable Units (BRUs) using diagnostics, self‑checks, BITE and test equipment.
Qualifications – Must Have
  • U.S. citizen with an active security clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience operating, sustaining and maintaining Patriot Missile System Radar equipment.
  • Trained and knowledgeable in operation, sustainment and troubleshooting of Patriot Radar Missile System equipment.
  • Knowledge of the operational/analytical software used on Patriot radar systems.
  • Experience using ECS troubleshooting Software aids (Status Monitor, Switch9, System Exerciser, Radar Action Cycler) to distinguish digital and analog problems.
  • Knowledge of industry test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power meters, frequency counters, spectrum and digital analyzers.
  • Familiarity with industry practices, techniques and standards.
  • Completion of a Patriot System Intermediate Maintenance Course for MOS27X/94S/948D6D or equivalent.
  • Experience with Department of the Army Modification Work Order (DAMWO) installations, including system integration and check‑out.
  • Ability to work in extreme desert heat environments and lift 50pounds.
Qualifications – Preferred
  • Previous experience in International Patriot FMS Programs.
  • Experience living and working overseas.
  • Five (5) years of Patriot Depot Forward maintenance experience with ConfigurationIII+ Patriot Equipment.
  • Experience with Raytheon Quality Control procedures and the Patriot refurbishment, modification, and system integration and checkout (SICO) process.
  • Experience with program management tools such as EVMS, IMP/IMS, Risk and Opportunity Management.
  • Experience with Contractor Logistics Support and comprehensive planning.
  • Exceptional judgment and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills focused on engaging required individuals across the business.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project.
Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 5years of related experience; or Associate’s Degree with 8years of experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 12years of experience.
