A user experience analyst, also called a UX analyst, examines a company's operations and recommends improvements to the way it interacts with or offers services to users or employees. As a user experience analyst, your responsibilities vary, depending on the industry in which your company or clients work. You may test a product, application, or service, document your tests, and create a report with your findings and recommendations for improvements. • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and align with accessibility, security, and technical constraints
  • Analyze user feedback, support information, and behavioral data to identify usability trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Promote UX best practices and consistent design approaches across enterprise applications and products

Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years of business analysis, technical analysis, UX design, or related experience

  • Experience collaborating with product managers, business analysts, developers, and technical stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Experience analyzing user feedback, support tickets, and behavioral data to identify usability issues and recommend improvements
  • Proven ability to support enterprise-level UX initiatives, including design system development, pattern libraries, and cross-product consistency efforts
  • Ability to translate complex business, mission, and user requirements into clear and intuitive user experiences
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of UX initiatives, and effectively collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

Desired Requirements:
  • Experience applying modern UX research methods, including contextual inquiry, diary studies, and/or task analysis, to uncover deeper user needs
  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems or pattern libraries that promote consistency across enterprise applications
  • Experience incorporating accessibility best practices and designing interfaces that meet Section 508 guidelines
  • Experience using analytics and behavioral data to identify usability issues and inform design improvements
  • Background supporting change management and user adoption efforts, including user onboarding, training materials, and communications for new or updated workflows
