Publix and our associates excel in community involvement, volunteerism, and environmental sustainability. Our collective commitment to diversity has contributed to our success in being a great place to work and shop. It's satisfying to work for - and be an owner in - a Fortune 100 company that is widely recognized as a leader in the supermarket industry.

What you'll do
  • conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (usability testing, interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries) to identify user behaviors, needs and preferences
  • analyze and interpret data to identify user trends and gaps between business expectations and UX to develop design decisions, project roadmaps, journey maps, and presentations
  • create user personas and visualizations that reflect the diverse needs and behaviors of a product's user base and ensure different perspectives are considered in the design process
  • present UX insights and provide research to guide future roadmaps, project planning, decisions, and strategy execution
