Expert knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager) ver. 6x/7x/8x/9x/10x
Expert knowledge in SBC SIP trunking specifically ACME Packet
Expert knowledge in Webex and Jabber technologies
Expert enterprise multi-cluster design, integrating CUCM (Call Manager), Unity and Unity Connections, Expert enterprise Contact Center Design and implementation, integration/engineering of UCCX
Expert knowledge of Cisco Unity and Unity Connections
IPCC and related applications
Cisco IOS Telephony T1-PRIs/Gateways/MGCP/SCCP/SRST
Cisco QoS for VoIP
Expert knowledge of LAN/WAN communications
Experience on Cisco UCCE and scripting will be huge plus
