Role Overview
The Software Engineer will perform advanced programming and software development tasks, including designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining complex web-based and client/server applications. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and system analysts to deliver innovative and efficient software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain web-based applications using C# (.NET), Blazor, SQL, HTML5, and CSS
  • Design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end solutions
  • Create and maintain stored procedures in Oracle and SQL Server
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective software solutions
  • Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Work extensively with DevExpress tools, including advanced grid development
  • Ensure applications are scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly
  • Collaborate within Agile teams to support SDLC processes
  • Conduct demonstrations of application changes to stakeholders
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for development projects

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 4+ years of experience developing web-based applications
  • 4+ years of experience in programming languages including:
  • .NET / C#
  • JavaScript
  • HTML / HTML5 / CSS
  • SQL and Stored Procedures
  • Oracle and SQL Server
  • 4+ years of experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting
  • 3+ years of experience working within Agile SDLC
  • 3+ years collaborating with development teams and stakeholders
  • 2+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
  • 1+ year of experience developing applications using C# .NET Blazor

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience converting applications from Java to C# .NET Blazor
  • Strong knowledge of responsive web design
  • Experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
