Department: Twisting
Shift: Night Shift - 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $16.00 +
The Twisting Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring twisting machines into finished products. This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate twisting machinery to produce finished materials according to specifications
  • Set up machines, including adjusting speed, tension, and alignment as required
  • Load raw materials (fiber, yarn, wire, etc.) and ensure proper feeding into machines
  • Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Record production data, including output, downtime, and defects
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment
  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the Shift Supervisor and Lead Operator
