Four-Slide Operator โ€“ 1st Shift
Location: Lake Geneva, WI | Shift: 1st Shift

R&L Spring Company is looking for a Four-Slide Operator to set up, run, and maintain machines that produce high-precision metal components. If youโ€™re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing quality parts, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate four-slide machines to cut, punch and form metal components
  • Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
  • Perform in-process inspections and adjust tooling as needed
  • Document production data and complete required paperwork
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What Youโ€™ll Need:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience setting up and operating four-slide or similar forming machines preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Manufacturing or metal-forming machine experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
  • Proficient with measuring tools and comfortable using tablets for data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular standing, walking, and handling of materials
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

1st shift - Monday - Friday
6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
