Job description

Slide Attendants are responsible for maintaining the safety of guests using the water slides within Parrot Cove Indoor Water Park. Slide Attendants are expected to have strong customer service skills, the ability to empathetically enforce rules of the aquatics facility, and to assist in creating a positive experience for park guests. Slide Attendants will perform a variety of duties which includes cleaning duties and assisting lifeguards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be 15 years of age or older

Preferred Experience

  • Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers

Essential Job Functions

  • Directing and instructing water park guests within assigned areas
  • Enforcing rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of patrons
  • Responding and providing care to patrons as needed
  • Ability to focus while standing or sitting for long periods of time
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the aquatic facility
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Physically able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Additional duties as requested
