About the Role:

Cashiers and Arcade Attendants play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience for customers. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing transactions to include various payment forms, and to foster a positive team-oriented environment. Cashiers and Arcade Attendants support amusement operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the arcade and purchasing areas as well as assisting with inventory management when needed. Ultimately, Cashiers and Arcade Attendants play a key role in providing guests with an exceptional, family-friendly experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cashiering or retail customer service preferred but not required.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds safely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems in a retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
