Purpose

Deliver route-based lawn and ornamental services to customers by implementing agronomic programs, diagnosing issues, and providing expert recommendations. This role ensures healthy lawns and ornamentals through timely service, technical expertise, and outstanding customer communication.

Key Contributions

  • Execute daily production routes to deliver scheduled lawn and ornamental services.
  • Inspect properties to identify turf, weeds, ornamentals, and diagnose service needs.
  • Apply products safely and in compliance with label instructions, PPE requirements, and company standards.
  • Communicate clearly with customers to explain services, address questions, and build trust.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to support customer expectations and lead generation.
  • Monitor post-treatment results and communicate outcomes to customers and management.
  • Complete accurate, timely service documentation and records.
  • Maintain assigned vehicle, equipment, and tools in safe, clean, and working condition.
  • Participate in required training and remain current on technical practices and regulations.
  • Comply with all driving laws, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support additional operational projects as assigned.

  • Complete =98% of scheduled service stops, as assigned.
