This position is available to 'motivated professionals' looking for a challenge. Foremen will lead and work alongside a maintenance crew of 2-4 team members, ensuring daily tasks are completed on time and in a safe manner.
Admin Responsibilities:

1. Keep track of your teamโ€™s daily times and job times on provided mobile devices.
2. Complete weekly inspections on assigned truck, trailer, and equipment. Report any discrepancies, broken equipment, missing equipment, etc.
3. Leave behind proper notifications with residential customers following visits.
Operational Responsibilities:

1. Wash and complete preventive maintenance on assigned truck and equipment according to posted schedules.
2. Supervise the safe operation of all equipment assigned to your crew.
3. Take ownership of the accounts that are assigned to your crew.
4. Report any damage in the landscape (damaged trees, declining plant material, damaged property) to your manager immediately.
5. Perform assigned contract requirements in a timely manner, according to production goals, and quality standards on a daily basis.
Leadership Responsibilities:

1. Follow and enforce company policies provided in the Turf TitanZ Handbook.
2. Lead by example. Conduct yourself as a professional at all times.
3. Promote a safe work environment. Understand company safety policies and ensure they are enforced. Report any accidents or unsafe work conditions in a timely manner.
4. You are directly responsible for mentoring and training those under your leadership.
5. Delegate tasks and give clear instructions.
Requirements:

1. Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
2. Must have a minimum of 2 years of โ€œprofessionalโ€ landscape maintenance experience. (Verified on Resume)
3. Must have a clean NCDL.
4. Must pass a drug test and background check.
5. Must be proficient with required equipment and tools to complete assigned work.
6. Have leadership skills and work well with a team.
7. Must have the ability to follow all company polices and lead your team BY EXAMPLE.
8. Must have the ability to pass safety, driver, and training courses within 180-day new hire period.
9. Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
10. You must have the ability to build trust and respect from your team. (This can easily be obtained by working hard and following company policy.)
