Job description

At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest open customer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical specialist supporting the New Business and Account Management teams. Your goal is to help customers understand the practical value of Trustpilot's platform. You are responsible for executing technical demonstrations, validating product fit, and ensuring that prospects have the technical confidence to convert. You bridge the gap between technical features and customer requirements to drive consistent commercial results

What you'll be doing:
  • Technical Discovery: Support Account Executives in uncovering customer needs and existing system environments.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored demos and presentations that articulate Trustpilot's value, flexibility, and ROI.
  • Solution Delivery: Configure and present standard solutions that address specific customer pain points and business goals.
  • Proof-of-Concepts: Manage pilot programs to validate functional requirements and technical impact before signing.
  • Technical Enablement: Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle — answering technical questions and resolving blockers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure solution integrity and smooth handover.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain accurate documentation for proposed solutions and integration requirements.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture recurring customer feedback and insights to inform product
Who you are:
  • Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as Sales Engineering, Technical Support, or Implementation.
  • Strong ability to explain technical features in a way that non-technical stakeholders can easily understand.
  • Ability to manage technical tasks across several active sales opportunities at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment alongside Sales and Customer Success colleagues.
What's in it for you?
  • A competitive base salary of $79,900-$93,000 gross per year, plus a competitive commission structure. The base salary range stated doesn't include any variable pay such as bonuses or commission or other benefits.
  • Ability to work with the top account executives at Trustpilot and learn from them.
  • 20 vacation days + 2 personal days +10 paid holidays per year.
  • 2 (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community.
  • Rich learning and development opportunities supported through the Trustpilot Academy, LinkedIn Learning and Blinkist.
  • Full health insurance.
  • 401k matching your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of your base salary.
  • Discounted club membership at Life Time Fitness.
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Plan and full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health.
  • A friendly, open office complete with a rooftop deck with wifi and snacks and drinks.
  • Free breakfast and lunch on Wednesdays and Thursdays and extra treats and events during the month — think ice cream carts, coffee bars and massages, to name a few.
