ESOP Trust Administrator (based in Wyoming only)
Firm Overview
Stonehaven Trust Company is an independent, institutional ESOP trust company dedicated to delivering best-in-class ESOP fiduciary services. We partner closely with our clients and advisors to deliver thoughtful, responsive, and high-quality trustee services across both ongoing plan administration and ESOP transactions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Wyoming-based ESOP Trust Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare quarterly and annual ESOP trust statements using information from plan bank accounts and other sources
• Receive and send out bank wires securely, accurately, and expeditiously
• Manage the client onboarding process
• Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and questions
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all aspects of trust administration
• Collaborate with colleagues to support smooth client experiences
• Provide other administrative support on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
• Minimum of two years’ experience in trust administration, financial services, or a related field
• Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy in financial or trust work
• High level of comfort working with AI tools, with a willingness to adopt emerging technologies
• Ability to work independently in Wyoming, either from our Cheyenne office or in a remote environment
