Job description

Installed Sales Trim Manager

The Installed Sales Trim Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall profitability of trim installed sales, for training, supervising and directing the work of trim installation crews, performing quality checks at jobsites, maintaining production or installation records, planning trim installation work, apportioning the work among the trim crews, overseeing the maintenance of all equipment and trucks, providing for the safety and security of the trim crews, assisting with any estimates that will need performed in the field and addressing and adjusting common inquiries and/or complaints from customers.

Salary Range: $65,000-$95,000+ (negotiable based on experience)

Training, mentoring and evaluating trim installers

Monitoring safety standards

Overseeing the maintenance of all equipment

Assisting with estimating

Invoicing and POS Systems

Inventory System

Read blueprints

Exercising discretion and independent judgment in responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, write simple correspondence and effectively present information to others one-on-one

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, oral, diagram or schedule form
