Residential Trim Manager (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

About the Role
We are hiring a Trim Manager to oversee trim carpentry, finish carpentry, punch list work, and final project details on residential construction projects.
This is a field leadership role for someone with strong trim carpentry experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to keep finish work organized and moving. The right candidate will understand interior trim, doors, casing, baseboard, crown, shelving, hardware, cabinetry-related trim, and final finish details.
Responsibilities
  • Manage trim carpentry and finish work across active residential projects
  • Oversee punch list items and help drive projects to completion
  • Review jobsites for quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and readiness
  • Coordinate with project managers, carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Identify trim and finish issues early and help solve field problems
  • Confirm that doors, casing, baseboard, crown, shelving, hardware, and other finish details meet company standards
  • Track outstanding work and communicate priorities clearly
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
  • Support final walkthroughs and project closeout

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in trim carpentry, finish carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction
  • Strong understanding of interior trim, doors, hardware, and finish details
  • Ability to read plans, understand project details, and identify field issues
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobsite priorities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
