Job Description Fabrication & Trimming Associate Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Temp-to-Hire Looking for a hands-on role where you can build, create, and develop valuable skills. We're seeking a dependable Fabrication & Trimming Associate to join a growing manufacturer of artificial rock, stone, brick, wood paneling, and decorative architectural products used in residential and commercial projects nationwide. This is a great opportunity for someone with carpentry experience who enjoys working with tools, building products, and seeing the results of their work at the end of the day.

What You'll Do You'll have the opportunity to work in multiple areas of production and discover where your skills fit best. Fabrication & Trimming Measure, cut, trim, and assemble materials according to specifications Read and follow construction plans and work instructions Operate shop equipment including table saws, miter saws, and panel saws Ensure products meet quality standards throughout the fabrication process Production Perform general manufacturing and production duties Assist with assembly and preparation of finished products Move materials and products throughout the facility Lift and handle materials weighing up to 60 pounds Shipping & Receiving Review customer orders and shipping requirements Package, wrap, and prepare products for shipment Gather order specifications and stage materials for delivery Assist with inventory movement and material handling Forklift operation may be required (experience preferred) Painting & Finishing Paint and finish decorative products and architectural features Apply coatings and finishing techniques according to quality standards Inspect completed products for appearance and craftsmanship What We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year of carpentry experience Ability to accurately read a tape measure and make precise cuts Experience using shop tools including table saws, miter saws, and panel saws Ability to read basic construction plans and specifications Basic math and computer skills Ability to lift up to 60 pounds throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and work in multiple areas of production Preferred Qualifications Finish carpentry experience Molding or foam fabrication experience Forklift experience Painting or finishing experience Benefits Full-Time Schedule Monday-Friday Work Week Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Hands-On Manufacturing Experience Opportunity to Learn Multiple Skills Stable, Growing Company Team-Oriented Environment Long-Term Career Growth Potential Why Consider This Opportunity.
