Come join the growing field of cannabis! We are searching for a Trimmer to join our Crew in Garden City!
General Info:
Candidates with a current badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado will be given heavy preference. If you do not have that, you can apply for it by clicking HERE!
Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking for a job with clear guidelines and expectations, and who can follow ALL the rules set by the MED (Marijuana Enforcement Division) here in Colorado. The actual tasks of the job are repetitive, trimming buds and helping harvest plants. While the work can be monotonous, we are looking for someone with a positive upbeat attitude who will add to the team vibe in the Trim Room!
Benefits - All associates accrue sick time through hours worked. We also participate in Colorado SecureSavings which is a Roth IRA retirement plan.
Pay - $15.16/hour to start

Basic Functions of the Job:
  • Trim and manicure cannabis buds to meet quality and aesthetic standards.
  • Inspect trimmed products for quality assurance and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Operate trimming equipment safely and effectively, if applicable.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Harvest cannabis plants according to production schedules
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust flow to prevent damage to flower
  • Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
  • Capable of sitting and working with hands for a full 10 hour shift, with or without accommodation.
  • Previous experience in cannabis trimming or related roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of different cannabis strains and their characteristics is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Good communication and teamworks still.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have an MED badge.
